PODS PWLL COCH FAQ'S
IS LINEN & BEDCLOTHES PROVIDED?
Yes. The double bed will be made up for when you arrive, should children be staying with you in the pull-out bed additional linen can be provided at £10 per stay and supplied for you to make up at the end of the day.
All duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic.
Unfortunately cots for children under 2 years old are not provided with bedding. Travel cots can be organised, please select when progressing the order.
On your final day with us if you could help by stripping the beds that would be gratefully appreciated.
ARE TOWELS PROVIDED?
We provide tea towels for the kitchen otherwise we ask that you bring your own bath and beach towels with you.
ARE PETS WELCOME?
At Pods Pwll Coch we welcome your pets however they must stay on a lead at all times and you keep their paws off the bedding and furniture. Please remember this is a working farm therefore we would appreciate if you abide by the rules.
WHAT TIME CAN WE CHECK IN?
You are welcomed and given a tour of your pods from 3pm onwards. If you need to arrive earlier to suite arranged events i.e. weddings etc please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Late arrivals (after 6pm) may be subject to an extra charge.
WHERE DO WE PARK?
The pods are positioned close to the farm track and parking is nearby. There is a temporary unloading bay available on day of arrival / departure thereafter your vehicles will need to be parked in the designated spaces provided. Please refrain from parking on the grass!.
WHERE CAN WE SHOWER?
Each pod has its own gas fired water heater and showering facilities.
IS THERE A TOILET INSIDE THE POD?
Yes, they are self-contained.
WHAT KITCHEN FACILITIES ARE THERE?
Our pods come with a microwave oven, hot and cold running water.
ARE FRIDGE’S PROVIDED?
All pods come supplied with a fridge with a small freezer compartment. We can provide ice on site for those Prosecco evenings!
IS ELECTRICITY AND WIFI AVAILABLE IN THE PODS?
Pods Pwll Coch is focused on the outdoor camping experience on a farm with some perks, the pods are electric and we do offer guests free WiFi.
IS THERE A MOBILE PHONE SIGNAL AT PWLL COCH?
The signal varies according to network providers, generally we have a 4g signal with O2, Vodafone and Talk-Talk.
DO WE NEED TO BRING A TRAVEL COT?
We can provide a travel cot in preparation for arrival, please select this when you make the booking. As noted above the bedding will need to be provided by yourselves.
DO WE CLEAN THE PODS ON DEPARTURE?
We would ask that the washing up is done and all rubbish is bagged and taken to the rubbish area. Thank you.
CAN WE LIGHT CAMP FIRES?
We regret that for safety reasons, open fires are NOT permitted.
We do hire outdoor fire pits/BBQ's by the day, these come with a supply of logs.
DO WE NEED TO PRINT OUR CONFIRMATION?
This is not necessary. Just make a note of your booking number and ensure that you have some form of ID. The booking details on your smartphone is sufficient.

Please Note: There is a stream running through Pwll Coch, which is fenced off to protect children however crossing points and bridges are exposed without handrail therefore we would ask that children are carefully supervised at all times. Please also be mindful of you neighbouring pods and respect the tranquillity of the farm and the environment.
